Globalfy Alternative for Non-Residents Choosing Florida
Globalfy sells yearly plans that include more ongoing work. Our package is one $399 payment plus Florida's $125 fee, with a $99/yr agent renewal and nothing else from us.
Short verdict: Globalfy costs more each year and does more each year, including your Florida annual report filing; our package costs less and leaves the yearly admin to you. Both form in Florida and both help with banking before the EIN exists. Because the package here is ours, treat this comparison as coming from a competitor.
Can Globalfy form a Florida LLC?
Yes. Globalfy lists Florida alongside Wyoming, Delaware, Texas, and New Mexico, and shows Florida's $125 fee separately from its plan prices.
What Globalfy does well
- Your yearly Florida filing, handled. Globalfy's plans include the annual state renewal filing (the state fee is billed separately). In Florida, where missing May 1 costs $400, that has real value.
- Tax filing in a plan. At $998 yearly, the Remote tier bundles the 5472 with its pro forma 1120, if your LLC has one member and sells remote services.
- A mailing address. Starter comes with a real address and mail scanning.
- Banking early. Globalfy helps with Mercury and Lili applications before the EIN is issued.
- Bookkeeping software at no charge on a self-serve license.

First-year and ongoing cost in Florida
- Globalfy Starter, year one: $588 + $125 = $713.
- Globalfy Remote, year one: $998 + $125 = $1,123.
- Our package, year one: $399 + $125 = $524.
- Later years: Globalfy's plans are annual, and it doesn't publish a separate renewal price. Ours is $99 for the agent.
- Florida's $138.75 report fee is owed from the year after formation under either option. Globalfy files it for you; with us you file it.
The Florida report you'll owe
The report goes in on Sunbiz from January 1 through May 1, for $138.75. Past May 1 Florida adds a flat $400 it won't waive, and an LLC without a report by the third Friday in September risks administrative dissolution. If staying on top of that sounds like a chore, Globalfy's included filing is a fair reason to pay more.
How we're different
Lower cost in every year
We're $189 below Starter in year one, and after that our only charge is $99 for the agent. How far apart the later years are depends on Globalfy's renewal figure, which it doesn't publish.
Prepared, not assisted
Globalfy assists with your bank application. We complete yours: every field we can take from your order is filled, your Florida Articles are attached, and the application for our partners is finished once the SS-4 is signed. You approve it, we submit it, and the EIN arrives later. Our partners decide whether to open the account, so there's no guarantee.
The SS-4 route for non-residents
We prepare the form for a responsible party without an SSN, take your e-signature, and fax it to the IRS. Two to eight weeks is typical.
Pick Globalfy if
- You want someone else filing the Florida annual report each spring.
- A single-member services LLC would benefit from 5472 filing in a plan.
- You'd use a US mailing address with scanning.
Pick our package if
- You'd rather pay once and then just $99 a year.
- You're comfortable filing the Florida report on Sunbiz, or hiring someone for it.
- You'll use your own tax professional.

FAQ
Does Globalfy form Florida LLCs?
Yes. Florida is among the five states on Globalfy's pricing page, listed with the state's $125 fee, which it bills separately from the plan.
What's the first-year difference in Florida?
Globalfy Starter is $588 plus $125, or $713. Remote is $998 plus $125, or $1,123. Our package plus the same fee is $524, which is $189 under Starter.
Will Globalfy file my Florida annual report?
Its pricing page says the annual state renewal filing is included, with the state fee charged on top, so Florida's $138.75 would still be yours to pay. Our package doesn't file the report at all.
Does Globalfy help with Form 5472?
Yes, from the Remote plan upward. It covers Form 5472 plus a pro forma 1120, but only for one-member LLCs that sell services remotely and have no effectively connected US income. We don't offer tax filing.
Can the bank application go in before the EIN?
With either company, yes. Globalfy assists before the EIN arrives, and with us the application for our partners is complete once you sign the SS-4, then sent when you approve it. Approval is never guaranteed.
